Projekt kameralnego obiektu typu aparthotel zlokalizowanego na eksponowanej działce widokowej.
Współczesna interpretacja górskiej architektury wypoczynkowej. Odeszliśmy od tradycyjnej formy na rzecz współczesnej bryły wykończonej naturalnym materiałem. Dominacja drewna na elewacji ociepla wizerunek inwestycji, a czarne detale nadają jej industrialnego sznytu. Budynek zaprojektowany jako 'okno na świat' – transparentny tam, gdzie liczy się widok, i intymny tam, gdzie wymagają tego mieszkańcy.
Charakterystycznym elementem fasady jest rytmiczny układ otworów okiennych oraz nadwieszone, stalowe balkony, które nadają bryle lekkości i trójwymiarowości. Układ funkcjonalny obiektu został zaprojektowany tak, aby maksymalnie wykorzystać nasłonecznienie oraz walory widokowe działki, zapewniając każdemu lokalowi otwarcie na panoramę gór. Realizacja stanowi przykład architektury tła, wpisującej się w naturalną topografię terenu.

A contemporary interpretation of mountain retreat architecture. Departing from traditional forms, the design features a modern volume clad in natural materials. The predominance of timber on the facade warms the building's aesthetic, while black details add an industrial edge. Designed as a 'window to the world,' the structure is transparent where views are paramount, yet intimate where privacy is required.
A distinctive feature of the facade is the rhythmic fenestration and cantilevered steel balconies, which lend lightness and 3D to the volume. The functional layout is designed to maximize solar gain and the site's scenic qualities, ensuring every unit opens onto the mountain panorama. The project stands as an example of 'background architecture,' seamlessly integrating with the natural topography of the terrain.
